Mr. Narender Goyal, aged 42 years, is the Managing Director of our Company. He has been in the Board of Directors of the Company since the inception of the Company. He has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company for the period of 5 (five) years. He is responsible for the overall management of our Company, all aspects of marketing & strategy, finance, productions etc. ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality and consistency of both raw and finished spices and proven track record in managing recipe formulas to meet and exceed industry standards. He has more than 12 years of experience in this FMCG and food processing industry. Under his leadership, the Company has shown good growth.

Whole Time Director

Amit Goyal, aged 40 years, is the Whole Time Managing Director of our Company. He has been in the Board of Directors of the Company since incorporation. He is responsible for the overall management of our Company, all aspects of marketing & purchase, R&D, procurement, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards and plays a vital role in consistent growth and profitability. Further, he has experience of more than 12 years in the business of foods processing and FMCG industry.

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Shama Goyal, aged 36 years, is the non-executive director in the company. She has an experience of 5 years in the field of sales and marketing. She is responsible for all the sales and marketing related matter for the Company. In past, she has worked in various matters related to sales and marketing. She is one of the integral parts of the organization. She is associated with GM Foods since 2021 and since then her expertise in sales and marketing is been used. She is highly organized and reliable with over 5 years of experience driving sales performance and developing effective sales strategies. Skilled in developing relationships with customers, working with cross- functional teams, and crafting creative solutions to close deals faster. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. Seeking an opportunity to leverage skills and experience to help a growing company succeed.

Ms. Rajni Nagi, aged 52 years, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a distinguished professional with over a decade comprehensive background in Company Secretaryship and currently holds the position of Company Secretary at Delhi Soccer Private Limited. She is currently serving as an Independent Director on the board of PAN India Corporations Limited, BITS Limited and Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Limited. With a strong background in legal and corporate governance, she brings invaluable expertise to ensure compliance and ethical practices. As an Independent Director, her profound legal acumen and corporate governance expertise contribute significantly to strategic decision-making. Serving as an Independent Director in following Companies: PAN India Corporations Limited, BITS Limited, Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Limited.

Mr. Nikhil Gupta, aged 43 years, holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications. Formerly he worked in Publicis Sapient formerly known as Sapient for two years from 2007-2009. After that he joined Anand Marketing as CEO dealing in Distribution Business with Brands like L’Oreal, Maybelline, Garnier, Chicco, Johnson & Johnson and many other international brands from 2009 till 2023. In 2023 he started a Silver Jewelry brand called DEESSA under the firm held by him called as DEESSA Jewellers. As an Independent Director, his profound legal acumen and corporate handling expertise contribute significantly to strategic decision-making.
